My Daily Bookends

How do you start and end your day? How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? Can you easily let go of what happened during your day?
In this 5-week course, you will learn to incorporate mindfulness into your daily bookends to help you manage your stress level, understand your daily stressors, and find time for yourself. By focusing on our morning and evening routines, we get to choose the tone we want to set for our day and what thoughts we want to carry into our night’s sleep.
In each session, we will explore different meditations and other mindfulness tools to allow for moments of peace and stillness to welcome and let go of our day.
